J Lo clears up Ben Affleck’s ‘grumpy’ viral facial expressions at the Golden Globes
We’re sure the couple get tired of endless amounts of pictures sometimes, but it definitely shows on Ben Affleck‘s face more than his wife’s. But for those worried for his well-being, there’s no need to fear.
“Ben is doing alright. You don’t need to worry about Ben, let me just tell you,” the 54-year-old said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
“He is good. He is happy,” she explained, “He is here – he is nominated. I’m chilling, I don’t understand what people are so pressed for.” The 51-year-old’s movie Air was nominated for Best Motion Picture Musical or Comedy.
The Gone Girl star has become a viral meme with his pap pics, often holding Dunkin’ Donuts, and looking ‘done,’ something users hilariously relate to. However, the Jenny From The Block singer doesn’t see the big deal, as she told the publication: “They don’t pick up on my face.”
Lately, the pair sparked concern when they were seen having a ‘heated discussion’ in St Barts. However, things seemed to go back to normal moments later, when Ben was seen snapping pics of his wife.
The actor has previously spoken about ‘small tiffs’ including their ‘argument’ at The 2023 Grammy Awards, calling it a “husband and wife thing.”
Similarly, he revealed to The Hollywood Reporter he did have a good time at the music event, despite online speculation saying otherwise.
The couple is each other’s ‘biggest supporters’
Although the pair attended the awards show together, it seemed the music star was walking solo throughout most of the Red Carpet in her gorgeous pink gown. However, J Lo’s hubby Ben Affleck wasn’t far from her mind during Golden Globes interviews.
“He’s my biggest fan, and my biggest supporter, as I AM OF HIS!” the star gushed in an interview with Variety.
She then said she was “so proud” of her husband, and thought Air was one of the best movies of the year.
She also made Brie Larson’s day on the carpet, leaving the actress in tears after an emotional first meeting.
