Captain America’s Chris Evans is officially married after a secret wedding, according to sources. The star tied the knot with his love Alba Baptista with a small selection of A-list guests.
Marvel’s superstar Chris Evans is married and no longer a bachelor, according to reports. The First Avenger exchanged vows with his long-term partner Alba Baptista over the weekend. In a private and intimate ceremony, the nuptials were in front of a small guest list which included celebrity pals. But there were rules in place to avoid any of the reception getting out, reportedly.

Page Six reports the duo said ‘I do’ in a private affair on Saturday, in their home based in Boston, Massachusetts.
A source claims the wedding was ‘locked down tight’, with guests ordered to give up their cell phones during the ceremony. They were also asked to sign exclusive non-disclosure agreements, to avoid any of it being leaked.
Their close friends and loved ones joined Chris Evans, 42, and Alba Baptista, 26, when they got married.
But his Hollywood superhero pals joined him, with the likes of Robert Downey Jr and Chris Hemsworth attending. Jeremy Renner, who played Hawkeye, also travelled up as he continues with his health recovery after being run over by a snow plow last year.

The Gray Man star and Luso-Brazilian actress reportedly began dating in 2021, although rumors didn’t appear for another year as they kept it low-key.
An insider came forward in November last year to say they were “in love” and claimed “Chris has never been happier”.
When news broke of the pair dating, he couldn’t resist leaving a flirty comment on her Instagram.
It wasn’t until February of this year, they were ‘online official’. He took the chance to post a tribute to the star on Valentine’s Day in a series of PDA-filled photos, which were adorable.
Other celebrity snaps recently include the pair skiing, watching the Northern Lights and smooching inside a vehicle. They’re loved up for sure.
The Fantastic Four movie star spoke about the idea of settling down in November.
He told People: “That’s absolutely something I want — wife, kids, building a family.
“When you read about most of the best artists, whether it’s actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn’t the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships, the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared.”
Alba is also a star
The pair share a love of Hollywood and acting. Alba is a star in her own right.
Speaking five languages – which is impressive enough – she knows English, Portuguese, German, French and Spanish. She starred in Mrs Harris Goes To Paris and in a short film, Miami.
Not only that, but she’s bagged awards too, including the European Shooting Star Award at the Berlin Film Festival.
IMDB named her one of the Top 10 Breakout Stars of 2020.
A source in May this year claimed Chris got down on one knee in a house they’re building together. It looks like he’s settled down and looking to build that family he spoke about last year.
